We have never been, but looking to go in late June. We are veterans of Gran Canaria with double figures of trios there, but thought we would try something new. Any recommendations for where to stay that is with the village but won't cost is 4x Gran Canaria holidays? Any advice would be much appreciated! 😀

Hey, no doubt about it, Cap is more expensive than GC for accommodation, but when you are there the prices are fairly reasonable ( unless you are spending on vip pool parties packages! )The restaurants are all very good value and drinks not too expensive. There are 3 small supermarkets on site that are also pretty reasonable prices along with numerous delis and takeaway food. The first time we went we did a 4 night trip to dip our toes and save some money. We look on booking.com or Airbnb for accommodation and just go with the best value... the whole village is walkable in 15 minutes so you don't have to worry about the location so much.

Late June is definitely good value for money and always seems busy enough without being crazy. We have just booked our 5th trip .
