So in reality, you'll be choosing one of those.
Then it's just a matter of choosing the best deal from those.
Our experience is that it depends on what they've got available at the time, rather than which company you choose.
Hertz have given us great deals in the past, sometimes Sixt have got confused and thought we wanted to buy the thing...

Book it via martin lewis's website. You get a discount. Always book as early as possible. I do it all the time. Price via the website beats 40%offers i get from hire companies I used previously.
