We are going to be in Avignon for a few days next week, 10th to 14th Sept. We will be travelling by Eurostar from London on Monday morning and returning on Friday afternoon Eurostar, some discreet play on the train could be fun  we are in Avignon with some family members so can’t promise anything but some time away from them could be on the cards if practical and possible.
