Already in the mile high club.....mind you the CAA took a dim view and removed my licence. Apparently "Piloting without due care and attention" applies to the aircraft as I certainly was applying due care and plenty of attention in what I was up to.  |

A mate of mine used to fly for sleazy jet and once wanked into a crisp packet and threw it out of the window on the runway of Manchester airport.
Thats as far as I've been so far. |

Most have a window in the cockpit that can be opened on the ground for ventilation and ground communication (weight of fuel to the tanker etc).. once at altitude this would be a different matter .. |

He said it was a boring job and quit after two years.
