For riddle and puzzle lovers on a lazy Sunday, please add your own.
This five letter word sounds the same if you remove the first letter. It sounds the same if you remove the third letter. It sounds the same if you remove the last letter. And it sounds the same if you remove all three together. What is it ?

Four people must cross a small bridge to escape certain death from the monster that is chasing them. The bridge only holds two people at a time. It is very dark and they have only one torch that must be used to cross safely.
A can cross in one minute
B in two minutes
C in five minutes
D takes eight minutes to cross.
When two people cross together they must go at the slowest pace. How can they all cross in 15 minutes or less before they are caught ?

Is it a trick question and the answer is there's no such thing as monsters so they can all cross at there own pace as and when they want to ?"
