Depends on how many mods are online at the time OP. They ate volunteers and not here 24/7.

If you are holding a sign with your name and the site name on then not long. Check your gallery to see if the pic has been rejected, if it has check you have the above criteria, if you have then ask Admin to review for you from the contact button at the bottom of the page
