I've just got this message. I'm a site supporter and I've only sent 8 mails, of which none were duplicates!

Surely this is a mistake?!

You may have got a temporary message ban which only lasts a couple of hours I believe. Its normally for writing something outside the messaging rules such as websites or using banned words?

If you got a pop up saying you can't mail , it will lift in a couple of hours

There is not a list of banned words or phrases but you may have mentioned one of them
