We have the tab up showing that we have an unread message, I can't find this message anywhere so I'm assuming that it's an error somewhere. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you get rid of it? I contacted admin a few days ago but nothing has been done. |

At the top of your inbox there's a small print saying "you are on the new mailbox. Tap here for more info". Tap on that small print and turn off the new mailbox.
Check if you can find the message. You can return to new mailbox in the same way. |

It seems to be an occasional glitch and has happened to quite a few people and will normally go away on it's own.
You could try logging in and out as well, as that has also worked for some.
I know it's a bit annoying but if you leave it it normally goes in a few days. |
