hi, We forgot our password and have submitted our email multiple times to get it changed but haven't received any emails to go reset it. We are typing in the email we used to create the account. Any ideas??? |

Don't you back up your passwords via your device once you place a lock on the device it'll show you all the passwords you use for each apps |
