yes, especially if you Hotlist them first. That way, you can unblock them now and again to see if you are still blocked   |

Yes you can still block them. Go to view their profile and tap menu...scroll to block.
Some cowards who occasionally send abusive msgs...hit the block button straight after... So I always counter-block and advise everyone to do the same. It removes their privilege of unblocking whenever they wish to do so |
