Weve been blocked by another member, dont have an issue with that but why cant WE block them ?

They only have to unblock us to see us and send messages, there needs to a way to block them permanently

You can. Go to their page and you'll still see the block option even though you can't see the profile.

Go to your account page and then click your own block list. You can enter their name manually into that to block.
