Chat won't open.

When I click on the Chat tab at the top of the page, the chat page opens up very briefly then immediately closes down and I get a message saying "You're not currently ok to chat". Why is this??

Please can somebody hlp me out on this one.

more north lincs than mids!

Click contact at the bottom of the page and send a message to admin
