Yes it will still be seen you’ll just be unable to see if it’s been read or deleted by the recipient
You can’t unsend a message once it’s been sent

If you send a message to someone who's not been on here for a while, after 3 weeks it disappears from my sent file
Does it remain available for the person I sent it too? |

For some email services such as Google they offer an unseen option for up to 30 seconds it’s not actually recalling the message as once it gets delivered to the recipient you’re pretty screwed.
Message recall only really works within corporate email deployments such as exchange and O365
