Profile problems

My wife is having problems with her account, she can search for people but can't message them or reply to messages, she can send a wink, she doesn't show up on searches, she can't comment or post on the forums. It has been going on for about a week but once or twice her account goes back to normal, but after a few minutes the problems start again.

Perhaps contact Admin direct?

Friends of mine have a similar problem.

Been using the contact button once a week for about 5 weeks, the profile still doesn't work.

I know this might sound dumb but can anyone tell how to edit “Not looking too meet single guys” in my Looking for section?

I just don’t want it on there…

It sounds like the profile is disabled, ask her to check her e-mails to see if she has a confirmation e-mail

If not, if she contacts Admin from the contact link when not logged in mentioning her username they will check it out.

My wife has verified her email but still the problems persist, she has also tried the contact button but just takes her to a white screen.
