Captcha code incorrect

I’m trying to report a person I’ve now blocked and when I fill in the captcha code correctly a message says captcha code incorrect.

Please help.

Is there another way I can report a person?

Sometimes it takes a couple of tries. I've gone out of the report screen and back in again 2 or 3 times before to get it to work.

If you copy what you've written saves you having to rewrite then refresh page you'll get a new code then paste

If you have an iPhone the image to text capability will just let you hold and select the letters from the image then you can just paste it in
