Say you're emigrated to Australia but want to keep your account history for verified purposes."

"You can't change Post code to any other than a UK post code."
That might only change when your device picks up that location so if you're device was claiming to be their before you I think it might work |

I've messaged the owners, if they get back to me I will post the answer.
I do not think the forum/system will pick up your IP address and allow you to change countries, i.e. post code.
As you could use a VPN and this would work?
