Any advice welcome here:
I cannot seem to add a picture to the favourite section of our messages! Could anyone shaed some light here please?
We have five in place and would be happy to change/delete, should there be a limit, but cannot even see how to do this!

When you compose a message you can then add pictures. There are two options where the link says ‘Attach photos’
They are:
See All
&
My Favourites.
I wish to add to ‘My Favourites’ thereby being able to add quickly instead of scrolling through ‘See All’

The only options available when we attach a photo are the ones to select the photo from our gallery on fab and to remove the photo once read.
Are you wanting to add a photo that isn't in your gallery? |

You can't. It's automatic based on how frequently you add any particular picture to messages. The more often you add a particular picture from your profile to messages, the higher up your 'favourites' list it will appear.
It's all down to frequency. |
