Still needing help so I can post on forums from couples profile. 2.months of asking and 2 months of being ignored with continual messages from members saying they are in same position.
Can a mod or admin please get in touch with me and help resolve this issue |

Sorry you are having problems still. Forum Moderators are unable to help and you will need to contact Admin again from the couples account. Somebody has this problem resolved this week after contacting Admin.

Thanks but have tried that countless times and have got nowhere. Be as well deleting the couples account as we aren't going to be able to get what we want from site without forum access and I can't continually use this single makes account for couples use.
