How can I take someone off my Block List if I can't see their Profile on it

If you go to My Account then Block List is one of the menu options. You can scroll and find it there.

Problem is there account is hidden

The account will still be on your block list you can unblock... unless there was a report by either party to admin then they usually put a block between you and you wont show on each others block list, youd have to go through them
