Hi I’m a site supporter but use my mobile mainly and it’s the desktop version I use and browser with but when is switch to the app version to see who’s is near it doesn’t recognise me as a supporter any help would be great.Thanks |

I remember a guy having this problem before and he had 2 profiles and the desktop was automatically logging him into the second. This may not be the case with you, just offering that up. |

No just the one it’s allowing me to continue chats I started on desktop but none of the site support features |
