On someone that doesn't show in your block list?

You can't, if they are not in your blocked list they may have blocked you or if one of you has reported the other in the past admin might have placed a block between you.

If you have a long block list could be outside the scrollable ones... Delete blocked people and it may reapoer ..

Balls, I think this is what's happened. I'm not deleting my block list to get to them! Sod that.
