I only use mobile but on there you open your photos and videos and on the right hand side below where it says approved and choices of public, friends only etc it says not yet categorised in blue. If you click that it takes you to a screen to pick the categories. |

If you mean a profile blocked by message filters it depends on the filter.
If it's blocking people with no public pictures often they show one, message then set it to private again.
Otherwise have you exchanged messages previously? If so they will still be able to contact you |
