Can't find a user

Hi all.

There is a couple of user profiles I can't seem to find and they can't find me.

We are friends and have sat next to each other and searched by username for each other and it won't work lol.

Any advice?

That sounds odd, have you tried typing the link directly into the browser? Tried a different browser? Cleared cache?
