Status not updating

If we have had a status ban how long can it be for, no admins are helping at all, and we can't communicate with our friends ie telling them where we are.. how long could this nightmare go on for. We still want to appeal a forum ban too which happened. Any help or advice or just call it a day. We've paid for something we can't use effectively. |
