Can anyone help I've recently got a new phone samsung s23 and adult content unblocked but still unable to see public photos unless I'm on WiFi help would be appreciated as I've tried all Google settings lol

It sounds like the content lock is still present.

An option to workaround this is to use a browser like opera or aloha to visit the site as those have inbuilt free VPN features.
