You need to be verified yourself first. Then, since you had a video call with them, you could verify them. You'll be asked it it was a meeting in person or by webcam. You'd obvuously select webcam.
If the person you had the videocall with is verified they would have to verify you first, then you can verify them in return. I hope that helps  |

Well if 2 unverifieds could just verify anyone whats to stop them making multiple fake accounts and verifiying them willy nully? |

U need to be verified as met or cammed and have the green tick icon, photo verified is for site only which shows ur the sex u say u are... if the other person has the green tick they can verifiy you 1st then u will be able to verify others |

No. But if you block them it won't show on their profile any more, but the count will stay the same in their summary and they'll keep the green tick if you were their sole verification. |
