Anyone know why Irish photos aren't being shared?

If you mean in hotpics you have to change your settings to browsing Ireland on the search page. That will allow you to select only Irish pics and videos.

All I'm getting is videos,, and new photos before you use to click Irish photos only,, have done both Irish and English location
