Evening….
A friend of mine (single female) is attempting to register but cannot get past the photo verification stage. She has written the account username along with the website name in very clear writing on a piece of paper.
She is very clearly a woman, nothing in the background that shouldn’t be. Hands showing when holding the piece of paper etc but the photo keeps getting rejected.
Can anyone offer any advice? She cannot contact admin or complete the ‘contact us’ form as the account is stuck on the verification page.
The only options given are either try again by photo verifying to complete registration, log out or delete account!
Advice would be appreciated so I can pass it on.
Thanks. |

Hi,
How about your friend completes each part of her profile, and submits her choice of photogaphs for her public and private galleries for approval.
I suggest while that's happening to give attention to the her account 'privacy' options if not already done so.
When Admin have responded to the photographs which have been submitted (there will need to be a face or full body nude photo 'approved') then submit the specific verification photo for approval.
If a photograph is rejected, there is normally an attached message saying why it has been rejected, like 'It looks like a photo of a photo' or 'You have registered as a man but submitted a photograph of a female'.
Each photograph submitted should include the registered person or some part of them.
A verification photo is compared to what has been submitted to the person's public and private galleries.
This is my understanding, hope it's helpful x |
