Can anyone help with the loss of all our messages?

How did you do that?

You should be able to find conversations via the sent message folder, but any you have received and not replied to are gone for good unless you know who sent them.

If you can remember who the user is, if you then send a message can pop up

Obviously depends on the length of the conversation
