I cannot view the site on my mobile when using data as seemsto be filtered by O2, but I can get on with WiFi at home. Don't think I have any controls to restrict content enabled. Any thoughts in how to view with O2?

You need to contact O2 and ask them to remove the adult block. Some companies you can do it online, others you have to call them. I am with Vodafone and they sometimes turn mine back on for some reason and I have to ring them to remove it.

Go to your network online page and set up your preference for adult filters, you can do online chat with them and they can sort it

Sorted now, had it set to view all websites which didn't work but switching it to blocking over 18 sites and then back again to unfiltered sorted things. Thanks for the replies

I have had this issue with 02 randomly happening once a week despite having the adult block lifted and no issues for a decade.

Phone/speak to customer services, get them to remove the block if it is applied - which they couldn't tell me why it had suddenly been applied after years of it been off and me proving I was over 18.

If it happens again, go into your phone settings, network and hit "reset mobile network settings". That's what has worked for me when I've woke up to see it's randomly been turned back on again but I've not had the time/enthusiasm to go through the rigmorale again with 02 customer services.

I had to contact 3 to lift the block on our router as that’s on a SIM card.
