Hi, fab will only open when I’m in WiFi on my phone and not on mobile data. Can anyone shed some light ?

Adult content block most likely. Contact your provider and ask them to lift it.

Or if you can access your account online, you may be able to remove it yourself.

You can also use a VPN or a browser (eg opera) with inbuilt VPN
