Hello,
I attempted to send a message a short while ago — but was told that I was blocked, and would have to wait a few hours before doing so again. I think the reason was because I referenced another site.
Can you unblock this... or give me more information, please?

Yes NO URL’s, NO naming other sites.

You will have used a banned word or phrase, or a website link/name.
