I have few saved messages from users that are no longer on the site and cant delete the messages, also cant delete some of the messages from users still on the site.
i can delete the messages in the send items folder |

Seems odd as when people leave the site any messages usually go up in smoke and you can't see them.
There's is an option to contact admin on the home page and a specific option within that to select 'site bug/error'...maybe try that?
