Can anyone tell me why I'm having such trouble uploading photos and videos from my mobile phone
It literally says every time it doesn't recognise the photo even if I try and edit it edit the light on it it does does not work yet if I try and upload it from my laptop it will work |

You could check that the image format is compatible with the site. I also find reducing the file size of videos prior to uploading them helps. It could be if your phone is using an unstable mobile connection rather than WiFi it is struggling with larger files

It would be best if it were a .jpg image. I’m not sure if this site accepts a gif or some strange format.
As previously suggested keep the file size to 2mb and reduce the pixel size to keep the longest length 2000 pixels.

Could anyone please tell me why I can't upload pics of some toys I have, but they won't allow it as I'm am not in the picture.
I have seen multiple pictures now on other people's profiles with no one in the picture but they seem to be ok?
Is it because it is of ropes and whips?

It might be what you are trying to show but you still need to be in the photo even if it just your hand or your leg, some part of you needs to be in the picture. |
