I met someone last night and i veried them(its there first verify) , how long does it take for it to show on there account. Is it waiting for admins to accept it or something thanks. |

It goes through straight away.
If you were both using the same WiFi at the time you sent it it will not work and I think if either of you have filters set that would normally stop a message it would block it too. |
