I have a message from someone who is interested but can't reply as saying I'm blocked. Must be there account preferences, can someone let them know,?

If they have messaged you their preferences won't stop you replying. If it's saying they have blocked you it means they have. If it's saying you're blocked from messaging altogether that will lift in a couple of hours

You cant send a message as this user has blocked you, maybe they have but hadn't even got into a conversation. No worries
