profile been changed to single male

Our couples profile has been changed overnight to a single male profile as apparently we been reported as a single male and saying hubby has been arranging meets which is rubbish.We have an idea who it is but we have veries as a couple and photos that were on fab as a couple.Ive messaged admin but no reply yet.Does anyone have any ideas how we can get it back |

This has just happened to us, at some point during today our profile has changed to a single from a couples profile?!
No notice or email or anything, frankly annoyed especially as this was a couples account with my wife!
How do we sort this out please? Admin that is! |

Would be because it says on your profile that it's only you meeting at the moment? |

Nope many couples profiles switch availability and play as singles as well as a couple as such and/or they are looking to play separately as part of there dynamic.
Never seen any rule as such regarding this.
The thing is our verifying photo is as a couple, both of us in photo, for the green tick.
All our couple photos have been rejected as it’s now a single profile, but even one of just me has been rejected too!
Many photos of our faces, we are the same people in many along with like I say the verification photo.
Along with written verifications from friends and meets.
Whoever has done this didn’t look too hard and we think just taken notice of someone reporting us as fake maybe.
Who knows!? No feedback, no info email telling us either! |

Just to add we have also made contact to site admin through the contact us page, so hopefully admin will sort it soon! |

There is a rule that if you are a couples profile then it should be being used as a couples profile. If you are playing alone then Admin advise a single profile for that.
You can ask Admin to review for you from the contact links.

There is a rule that if you are a couples profile then it should be being used as a couples profile. If you are now playing alone because the wife / partner isn't available anymore then Admin advise a single profile for that.
If a profile is seen or reported as now looking like a single profile Admin will change if verified as such.
If you think a mistake has been made or anything changes then you can ask Admin to review for you from the contact links.
