Adult content and premium texts blocked are the main reason. Or insufficient credit.
Some of the virtual mobile networks don't offer premium texts, so I always check, if I'm looking to change network, to ensure they do |

E had this problem previously. Turned out to be, as mentioned above, we had restricted our account to a maximum amount which was equal to the monthly charge so we couldn't use short code/premium numbers send MMS etc. We sorted it easily through our account on the network's app. |
