Can’s message unless I’m wi-fi

I have found when I am not on the internet ie using mobile data I can’t message so can’t communicate to confirm a meet once I have left home/cafe etc

Any tips please?

Its usually down to netowk provider applying an adult content block, call them up and ask them to remove it, or it can usually be done on your mobile providers account settings
