Reporting Profiles

When I report one of the many profiles of drug users, why is it they know exactly who's reported them? Either it tells them via notification or admin tell them? Doesn't happen every time just now and then. |

If you report a profile admin will never say who reported it and they will not be notified.
If you're reporting from a message it's likely they've just made a lucky guess |
