Hi, I'm looking for advice please, I received this dm from admin a few days ago "Your account was changed to "couple" because we had reports that you're arranging meets with a partner."
This is very much false information. I have never met or arranged meets a partner.
My account now has false information stating that I'm a couples account when my account is single.
I have contacted admin & I'm hopefully waiting my account to be changed back to a single account which it truthfully is.
Has this ever happened to anybody else? & What should I do cos it's very very unfair 😢 |

Thanks for the link, I can't update my region location now either cos when I try to do so it keeps prompting me to fill in my 'partners' details
My profile is seriously not a couples one & admin have so unfairly changed it to a couples profile & now my info is fake

All you verifications read as if you're a single female.
Not sure what anyone gains (even this site) by changing yours to a couple's profile.
Interestingly there are many couples profiles that state 'only the male playing' and they never get changed to a single male profile. 
Hope you'll get it sorted soon. |

Yes exactly, I should be allowed a single profile & I do have a partner but I want to be here as singally meeting & he has full knowledge too.
Jeez I wonder would that work reporting my own profile ha ✌️ Thanks for the advice |

That option is there alright.... "Has chosen wrong sex (e.g. woman as couple, man as woman"
But I'm not sure it will work reporting my own profile  |

They do if they are no longer playing as a couple, in fact a now single male started a thread about it not long ago |

It would be from a report about a status , if your circumstances have changed then as advised use the contact links above to ask Admin to review.
