I accidentally said a banned word in messages and have been blocked but it was an honest mistake, can someone help to stop the message ban please? Was genuine mistake, was describing another account! |

Hi yeah I said a bad word in a message not thinking anything of it. It was an accident I won’t do it again it again it all. I’ll be mindful. I don’t want to be blocked from message all day again |

If it is about an illegal act, or abusive then it will trigger an automatic ban... Plus you get a message flash up telling you that you have a message ban which will lift in a couple of hours. Pretty simple really. |
