Please, could someone Help me.

I'm looking to post on the updates page but can't work out how to do it

Click on your home page and look for update and click on the box it'll open then write what you need to and click save just below it

If you mean the actual 'updates' page you can't post directly to it. Any new content in the way of pictures etc will show to anyone who has you on their hotlist or friend list though.
