So I’ve got a new phone and can’t remember my password to login in on that and also it’s a really old email address I no longer can remember password to . I’ve been on fab for years and don’t want to lose my profile. Anyone able to help ?

Hi admin, we have been off for a year or so, logged back on all good. Paid my 5 new pounds, got my code but on the message page it does not show the box to put my PIN verification in. Very frustrating. Done it twice today. I know I can pay another way too but just wondered is it me!? Thanks in advance
