Our pics are in the hidden file on my iPhone, some of them have a circle with an exclamation mark in the middle of the circle, we can’t get these ones to upload. Has anyone else had this and found a fix? |

Hiya op
I'm guessing that you mean the photos are in the locked folder on your device
Do you normally upload photos that way
You can remove from the locked folder so it's in the gallery then upload and put back in the locked folder |

Yes they are in a locked hidden folder, we always use it to upload from but some we can’t due to the exclamation mark in the circle. |

The only way we can do it is to screen shot the picture, our latest pic of me Jack full frontal is done like that but it’s not ideal as it shows black boarders and reduces the picture size and quality. |

Clear the junk files for your app photos and check the permissions within x |
