There is no app. Just a mobile version of the site.
You can add an icon to your screen which is basically just a shortcut to the mobile Web version. There's an option in the bottom left corner of the home page to 'add an icon to phone'. |

You can log into the mobile option from the log in page. Samsung let you save it to your phone but it isn't an app from there.
However there is an option now on the Apple store that is primarily geared towards meets and contacts if you want to try that out, if not log in as normal from the log in page to the mobile friendly option. |
