"Hi! I’ve tried using the desktop site but still can’t see how to unblock someone we blocked ages ago and who are no longer on our block list. Any ideas please? Thanks so much! "

On the desktop version of the site go to their profile, you'll need to know the username to type into the address bar ( if you go to anyone's profile then in the address bar change the username to the one you want to unblock ), then down the side it will tell you when you blocked them and give you the option to unblock if you cannot get to their profile you cannot unblock them |
