Anyone having issues renewing via SMS?

I've been trying for the past couple of days to renew via text, but it's failing to even send.

I can send to other Premium Service SMS numbers (tested one), but 79100 is just not going through?

We had that a while back with Vodafone. It sorted itself out after a few days.
