I just tried posting a forum post on my couples profile and it didn’t show for some reason, but I could on my singles? Anyone know why this has happened. The couples profile is verified and we’ve been on the site a while |

We have same problem...our couples account will not allow forum posts or club reviews .
We have not posted anything on the forums from our verified amd site supporter profile so not sure what is going on.
We have contacted admin too but no response or fix.
Any ideas ?

Oh we received a polite message from admin but no fix to issue .
We asked if a possible refund can be given if we cannot access all the services on the site .
Here is the lovely response.
"We can only issue a REFUND upon closing your account and preventing further use of the site. You would be PERMANENTLY BLOCKED from re-joining or using the site again. If you do manage to re-join your account would be closed." |
