Hi I cannot access chat rooms on mobile. It says I'm not ok to chat? Anyone know what this means?

Sounds like a chat ban.

Usually lifts itself in about an hour or so.

It was this morning so quite a few hours ago. Don't think I did or said anything that would be considered offensive. Been on the site ages and not had this before. How do I know if I've had a ban?
